"Carrot Cake" Oatmeal

0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
0.25 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice
.25 cup, grated Carrots, raw
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened
.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Brands don't matter & doesn't have to be organic. Using canned crushed pineapple, bagged matchstick carrots & already chopped walnuts can cut prep time & make for a quick on the go breakfast! Of course if you have to chop or shred any of these things, the prep time will be longer.
-Microwave for 2 mins.
*make sure to watch that it doesn't overflow
-Remove from microwave, stir & allow to sit for a couple of minutes as it will be hot!
