16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
2 cup Tomato Sauce
0.25 cup Tomato Paste
1.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
2 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
.33 cup, packed Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp
2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
6 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
Tips
I used poblano peppers instead of green peppers, but not a choice in the recipe builder.
Directions
Chop vegetables
Brown meet until no longer pink
Add veggies and sauté until tender. Add tomato paste and allow to brown slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
