Ingredients

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Omega -3 Flax Oil
6 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
6 tsp Ginger Root
16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
16 oz Deer meat, ground, pan cooked 85g, 3oz (by LEMONKA)
1 large Onions, raw
6 medium Carrots, raw
1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh
8 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce (Lee Kum Kee) (by ABNELSON)
Tips
Do ahead: Prep all veggies prior to time for dinner. Then it is just a matter of adding ingredients while the food is cooking. Can purchase coleslaw in a bag to use in place of shredding cabbage.
Directions
1. In skillet, over medium heat, heat olive oil. Toast garlic and ginger 1-2 minutes. Add pork and deer (may substitute beef) meat and cook thoroughly.
2. Push pork to side and add flax oil (may substitute sesame oil.) Add onion, carrot, and cabbage. Combine with meat and add soy sauce and chili garlic sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender (5-8 minutes.)
3. Serve while hot. Reheats well.
