Ingredients

    2 large Hard Boiled Egg
    6 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    24 serving Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp
    2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    8 tbsp Great Value Sweet Pickle relish
    18 oz Smithfield Spirals (Spiral cut ham) ham only, 3 oz = 1 serving

Tips

The only cooking involved is boiling the eggs


Directions

1. Use food processor to finely chop ham-perfect for leftover holiday ham. Coarsely chop onion and celery
2. Chop boiled eggs by hand
3. Mix chopped ingredients. Blend in mayonnaise, mustard, relish. Fold in cheese.
4. Make sandwiches using a favorite bread. Add a slice of tomato if desired.


Serving Size: 1/4 cup
