    4.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.12 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
    0.25 serving Pesto, Priano ALLA GENOVESE PESTO, 2tbs (30g)

Directions

Slice tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 10 mins. Toast 2 slices of bread Spread 1/8 cup ricotta cheese on the toast Top with tomatoes and a drizzle of pesto
