    3 tbsp Soy Sauce

    .19 cup Shao Xing Cooking Wine - 1 cup (50ml) (by CHISINGTSE)
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Par boil pork for about 3-5 minutes and rinse before use. Add oil and sugar to low heated wok. After sugar melts, add pork until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, stir, bring to low boil and cover. Heat for 45-60 minutes until water evaporates and mixture becomes shiny and thick. Uncover to reduce moisture the last 10 minutes, if necessary.
