Ingredients

    0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    56 grams Pimentos (1 small jar with juice)
    2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    224 grams Taco Bell Salsa verde cheese mix
    3 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1.5 tsp Pepper, black (or to taste)
    0.1 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt (1 ounce). you may need more than 1 Tbs to get texture right.

Directions

Grate onion or dice extremely small. Combine all ingredients in very large bowl. The spread will compact when mixed. The pimentos and the juice are both added. Serving Size: Makes 48 cracker sized servings OR 8 well spread sandwiches @ 2 ounces each
