Ingredients

1 cup Black Currants, dried (by OAKWAYFITNESS)
1 cup, halves Apricots, dried
2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 cup Pine Nuts
4 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
Directions
Place apricots, currants, cinnamon and chia seeds in a food processor and process until the mixture forms a large mass.
Break up a bit before adding pine nuts and hemp seeds, then process more until it forms a large mass again.
Line an 8"x 8" or 9"x 9" baking pan with wax paper. Press mix evenly in bottom of pan. Place in refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, then slice into 8 rectangles.
