1 cup Splenda Sugar Baking Blend White or Brown (your preference)
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 cup Butter, unsalted

Use this in place of sweetened condensed milk loaded with additives and sugar. You can control the sweetness in this recipe. Just remeber 4 parts powder to 1 cup water is the key tyo making this thick. Tailor it to your liking. Use brown sugar for darker colored ice creams or other goodies.

Directions

1. Put the dry milk, sweetener, starch, in the blender.
2. Blend for a minute or so.
3. Add the boiling water, vanilla, and melted butter.
4. Blend another minute or so on high.
Whip the heavy cream until soft peak forms, stir in just before refrigerating.
5. Pour into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight before using' ( I t will thicken considerably as it cools).
