    8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3 cup Birds Eye Steamfresh Roasted Red Potato Blend (by FAITHP707)
    3 cup Great Value - Steamable Frozen Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots) (by TRAMMGT)

Directions

Bake 375 with a quick burst of cooking spray and cajun n(or whatever) seasonings. Bake for 45 minutes.
