Introduction

Ingredients

1 lb lean stewing Beef
1.5 large chopped Tomatoes
2 medium Onions, sliced
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tsp Canola Oil
1 Tbsp Sri Lankan Roasted Curry Powder homemade
Tips
Serve with rice, roti, papadoms or whatever you like.
Directions
Heat oil in IP on saute and cook onions until soft. Add garlic and cook a little more. Add beef and turn off.
Blend tomatoes and pour over beef. Stir in about 1 Tbsp of the curry powder.
Pressure cook for 20 minutes and allow natural release (takes about 15 minutes).
Thicken with a cornstarch water mixture (not calculated) if desired, on saute, and/or boil off some liquid.
Serving Size: Makes about 5, 1 & 1/2-cup servings
