Ingredients

16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    340 gram(s) Teeny Tiny Potatoes (by BIKERBRAT2004)
1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    340 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    1 clove Garlic
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 dash Salt

Tips

Use whatever vegetables you like. Squash, zucchini, broccoli, etc. I listed the ones my family will eat. This is a really versatile recipe. Each person can customize their packet. I have even make chicken fajitas in this method.

Directions

Slice onion in thick slices, cut the rest of the vegetables in bit size pieces. Divide the ground beef into 5 portions and make patties (chicken breasts can be substituted). Lay out a double thickness of foil about 18 to 24 inches long. On the foil layer onion slice, meat patty, and veggies. Salt, pepper and garlic to taste. If my beef is super lean I will add an ice cube with the veggies in each packet. Pull the ends of foil up and seal by rolling and pinching tightly around whole packet. Place on medium hot grill or in 400 degree oven. Cook until beef is cooked through and veggies are tender (about 45 minutes).
