    7.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Great Value 2% Lactose Free Milk
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh

Directions

1. pre heat oven 350 degrees celcius 2. mix eggs and milk. then poor inti muffin tins 3. add toppings 4.bake until the top if cook and then take out to cool(cooks more as it cools)
