Ingredients

1 10' white cake mix
8 oz. light cream cheese
2 c. splenda
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. light whipped topping
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 Tbsp. brummel and brown butter
reserve some powdered sugar to dust on top
Directions
1. bake cake mix as directed and cool
2. blend cream cheese, splenda and lemon juice
3. fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture and chill
4. combine the flour, powdered sugar and vanilla in a small bowl. using a fork, cut the mixture with butter until it has formed small crumbs.
5. once it has cooled completely, cut cake in half using a cake wire
6. spread 3/4 of cream cheese mixture inside the two cake halves
7. reassemble the cake and ice the sides with the remaining cream cheese mixture
8. press the crumbled mixture into the icing on the sides of the cake
9. lightly dust the cake with powdered sugar
