Introduction

This is what I fixed in the Instant Pot 7-30-2019 Tuesday because I wanted some veggies. I basically just dumped the two cans of beans and tomatoes and the one package of asparagus into IP, with a dab of coconut/ghee (which I need to go add), and some Spike vegetarian no-salt herbal seasoning. Each package held 2.5 to 3 servings but I just decided to call the total recipe 6 servings, just because... I can! Ingredients

    3 serv Ziyad Premium Foule Mudammas 0.5c/140g small favs beans
    1.75 cup%20 Best Choice Diced Tomatoes Green Chilies 0.5c/121g
    3 serv Pictsweet Steamables Asparagus Spears 6 spears/83g/3oz=1 serv
    3 tsp Carrington Farms Organic Ghee 1 Tbsp/3tsp/14g/0.5oz

Tips

I cooked this in the Instant Pot, but I'm sure it will work fine in a wok or skillet or whatever type of cooking vessel you like to use.


Directions

Put one inch of water in bottom of Instant Pot. Put a steamer insert inside. Open each can, dump contents on top of steamer insert. The liquids are gonna dribble down to the water. That's okay with me because "broth is good". Sprinkle seasonings as desired (not included in calculations because I don't know what you like or what you have on hand.

I put the lid on, pressed the Steam button and it was already at 10 minutes, so I decided to go with that. We'll see if I need to twiddle with it and add more time or think that I should have cooked it for a shorter amount of time. It's my dinner.

Serving Size: Approximately 6 servings approximately one-half cup per serving.
