THIS CLEAN EATING FAVORITE OF MINE IS SO TASTY YOU'LL FORGET YOU'RE DIETING!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

3OZ. TOP SIRLOIN STEAK (THINLY SLICED)
    1OZ. PART-SKIM MOZZERELLA CHEESE
2 LG. WHITE MUSHROOMS (SLICED THIN)
    COOKING SPRAY
    SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

SPRAY A 12 INCH SKILLET WITH COOKING SPRAY AND SET ON MEDIUM HEAT ON STOVE.
MEANWHILE, SLICE MUSHROOMS AND STEAK. PUT MUSHROOMS IN SKILLET AND COOK UNTIL CARMELIZED. ADD STEAK AND STIR FRY UNTIL ALMOST COOKED THROUGH. YOU WANT THE STAEK TO BE COOKED MED RARE, REALLY. LIE THE WRAP OUT AND PUT A NICE PILE OF CHEESE IN THE CENTER. SCOOP A PILE OF MEAT MIXTURE ONTO WRAP AND FOLD BOTTOM UP AND SIDES TOGETHER LIKE A TACO. I LIKE TO FILL THESE UP TO CAPACITY SO FOLDING LIKE A REGULAR WRAP IS OUT OF THE QUESTION. NOT TO WORRY.... WHEN THE CHEESE MELTS, IT WILL HOLD THE SANDWICH TOGETHER.
BON APPETIT!

    Incredible!
Great recipe! I make a batch on the weekend, wrap them individually in foil and freeze. My husband grabs them for lunch or a snack. These are one of his favorites! - 2/15/10
