Ingredients

    .5 cup Barley, pearled, raw
    .50 cup Bob's Red Mill Wheat Berries (raw) (by CINDYKC2000)
    0.5 cup Minute Rice Whole Grain Brown Rice, uncooked (by JILLSMYTH)
    .25 cup Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats (uncooked) (by CRYSMYS)
    1 serving Quinoa , Organic , 1/4 cup / 4 Tbsp (by QURRAT4)
    2 tbsp Flaxseed
    .5 tsp Salt
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

This is really good with just a little bit of low-fat vanilla yogurt to sweeten it up.


Directions

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients, stir.

Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
