Ingredients

    3 small zucchinis
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp honey
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp KC Masterpiece steak seasoning w/garlic

Directions

- Slice zucchini into thirds, lengthwise
- Mix remaining ingredients in a plastic bag, shake, then add zucchini
- let zucchini marinate for desired length of time (I only gave it ten minutes and it was still good)
- grill for about 5 minutes, or until tender and juicy

Makes three servings (one zucchini per person)
