Ingredients
-
1.5 lb Beef, round steak
2 oz Great Value Beef Broth
1 tbsp Chosen Foods Sesame OIl
.25 tsp Ginger, ground
1 tsp Great Value Minced Garlic (by LIALEXA)
4 oz Great Value Mushroom Pieces and Stems
4 cup broccoli florets, frozen, great value
1 tbsp Great Value Classic Olive Oil
.5 tsp Curry powder
.5 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
Directions
Slice steak into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
In a large bowl, mix beef stock, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and stevia.
Add steak to the marinade and mix well until well coated. If desired, you can put the marinade and steak slices in a ziploc bag and seal it as tightly as possible. Let set for anywhere from 1 hour up to 24 hours.
In a wok or large frying pan with high sides, heat olive oil. add broccoli, stir to coat completely, then stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Remove meat from the marinade and add to the broccoli in the hot pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the marinade sauce into the pan and add the mushrooms.
Continue stir-frying until meat is cooked through and sauce has thickened. The sauce should naturally thicken with the heat.
If you lose too much sauce from the thickening, add beef broth a little at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
Serve over riced cauliflower.
