Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1tsp Salt
    2.5tsp Baking Soda
    3 Cups All Bran (1 of which is soaked in 1 cup hot water prior to mixing)
    2 Eggs
    1 Stick Butter
    2 Cups Buttermilk
    1 Cup Sugar (I use less)

Directions

Makes 24 muffins.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
