2 serving Egg white, large
2 serving Simple Truth Uncured Hardwood Smoked Turkey Bacon, 1 slice/28g
1 Oz Tillamook Medium White Cheddar Cheese
1 serving Pub Bun Portland French Bakery
0.25 tbsp Lite Mayonnaise, Fred Meyer (Kroger)
Directions
Cook the turkey bacon in non-stick skillet over medium heat, turning often until browned. Remove bacon or push to one side. If toasting your roll, slice roll open and start in toaster on very low setting so not to burn.
Spray a little cooking oil in the pan. Crack then separate egg whites over the pan, discarding the yellow. Fry the egg white then flip and place cheese on one side of flipped egg. Cook 20 seconds, then fold over egg on top of the cheese side. Spread mayonnaise inside the toasted roll halves and top with the egg/cheese and the bacon.
Serving Size: Makes one breakfast meal
