Ingredients

    1 Bay Leaf
    1 tsp. Poultry seasoning
    1 lb. Great Value Frozen Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
    1/2 bag Gia Russa Wide Egg Noodles 1 1/4 cups (55g) per serving, 6 per bag cmr)
    1 32-oz. box College Inn Chicken Broth
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 tsp Thyme, ground
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw chopped
    3 cups Seasons Choice mixed vegetables
    2 Tbsp. Better Than Bouillon Chicken Flavor
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw chopped
    8 cups Water, tap

Directions

Place all ingredients except noodles into a large pot. Cover with a lid. Heat to a boil then turn down to a simmer. Simmer for about 2 to 3 hours or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Add the noodles and simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.

Serving Size: Makes approximatley 17 1-cup servings
