Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs 91% lean ground beef
    1 cup Herb flavored Stuffing mix
    1 can (10 3/4 ounce) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsps. Kroger reduced fat Sour Cream.




Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine ground beef, stuffing, half the can of soup, egg, & chopped onion. Put in a 9 X 5 loaf pan & bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix remaining soup with sour cream. After the 35 minutes in oven, take meatloaf out & spread soup/sour cream mixture over the top. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

    Very Good
    Tasty, but we changed a few things. Ground turkey instead of beef, and low fat cream of mushroom soup. I also added ketchup to mine, but my husband preferred his without. EXTREMELY easy to make. - 7/23/08
