Ingredients

    2 lb lamb loin chops (about 9 chops)
    1/4 cup rub (rub of your choice)
    16 oz peach mango salsa (or any other flavored salsa)
    2 tbsp honey
    3 tbsp ketchup
    3 tbsp splenda
    2 tbsp brown sugar



Directions

Rub lamb and put in crockpot. Pour all other ingredients over rubbed lamb. Cook in crockpot on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
