Ingredients

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 tsp Garlic
    .5 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ)
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    .25 tsp Pepper, Red Flakes, Cayenne - 1 tsp ggg (by MG7_FIT)
    0.25 tsp Salt, Redmond All Natural Sea Salt (by FIATVOLUNTASTUA)
    1 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)
    .5 cup Spinach, cooked
    1 serving Meunster Cheese - 1 oz (by WORKL8)
    2 oz Smoked Salmon (lox)
    14 grams Yogurt, plain, whole milk

Directions

Beat eggs with tumeric, garlic, black pepper and a touch of salt to taste. Add ghee or coconut oil to omelet pan and pour egg mixture in a circle. Allow egg to sit until slightly firm then begin layering remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and fold over allowing to cook until egg is no longer runny. Top with plain yogurt or sour cream and enjoy! I used a habanero aioli, yum. Be creative!
