Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs lean ground beef
    12oz egg noodles
    1 4oz can tomato sauce
    2 cups light sour cream
    2 packages reduced fat cream cheese
    1 package frozen spinach, thawed, drained
    8oz shredded low fat mozzerella cheese
    1/4 2% milk
    1/2 onion, diced
    garlic, pepper, season to taste

Directions

Brown the ground beef in skillet with onions and garlic. Drain well. Mix in tomato sauce. Add any extra seasoning.
Boil noodles until almost done. Drain.
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x12 casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk together.
1st Layer 1/2 cooked noodles first. 2nd Top with all of meat mixture. 3rd 1/2 of cream mixture. 4th spread the spinach over evenly. 5th the rest of noodles, followed by the rest of the cream mixture on top. Sprinkle cheese on last, cover and bake for 40 mins.
* You can uncover the last 10 mins for crispy topping. You can easily add mushrooms or many other veggies to this meal.
