Ingredients

    3 cup Milk -Silk Pure Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Premier Nutrition Choc Protein Shake 11 oz
    2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    .5 tsp NuNatural NuStevia White Stevia Powder (by DAI479)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 tsp Xanthan Gum (by SRHAMM)
    1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream - Great Value
    .75 cup Erythritol Sweetener - pure powdered

Tips

1 Tbsp vegetable glycerine may be added to insure it stays soft and scoopable without waiting time.


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend one minute. Pour mixture into ice cream freezer. Freeze according to Ice cream freezer manufacturer instructions. (This fills a Cuisinart countertop ice cream freezer.)
