Ingredients

3 tsp Oregano, ground
1 dash Salt
500 Onions, raw
400 Beans, red kidney
2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
2 serving Beef oxo cube
2 tsp Cumin (ground)
1 tsp Dried Chilli flakes
1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil tblsp
500 gram(s) Asda Passata
4 tsp Chilli Powder
8 serving canned tomatoes 100g
4 tbsp asda tomato puree
4 serving baked beans, asda sp, half can (210g)
750 gram Meat, Beef, Mince
Directions
Fry onions with olive oil, salt and chilli flakes.
Add mince on high heat; ensure it's kept moving and break into small pieces. Keep on high heat and add tomato purée, Worcester sauce, cumin and chilli powder.
Add chopped tomatoes, oxo made up with about three quarters of a pint of water and oregano. Turn the heat down and simmer for around 40 minutes. Stir to stop bottom from sticking.
Add all the beans and simmer for another 40 minutes.
Serving Size: 15 decent portions
