0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1.0 tsp Pepper, black
0.5 tsp Salt
6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
0.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Directions
Quarter potatoes, boil in salted water. Cook about 15 minutes. Drain. Mash. Stir in rest of ingredients. Original recipes calls for 7 red potatoes and 1/4 cup milk.
