Ingredients

    2.0 serving "Great Value" Pepper Jack Cheese, Sliced (1 slice)
    1.0 leaf Iceberg Lettuce (salad)
    0.25 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    0.5 serving Bacon - Hormel Blk Label Microwave (4 slices)
    2.0 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo

Directions

I baked two cheese slices slightly overlapping so you can fold it over when you're done and it's less messy. I baked them at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes then let it cool and crisp up while I prepped the veggies and bacon. Once cool I spread may, then ripped the bacon in half and laid them over the mayor then lettuce then tomato pieces.
