Introduction

A good solid drink to start your day, or anytime you want a little more substance in your drink. Can be made fresh and drank right away or can be premade and refrigerated up to 5 days(Maybe longer but I've never had it last that long) A good solid drink to start your day, or anytime you want a little more substance in your drink. Ingredients

    1 fruit without seeds Lemons
    1 fruit (2" dia) Limes
    7 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    10 tsp Ginger Root
    1 cup Parsley
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    2 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium)

Directions

Cut ingredients as desired to fit into your blender. Blend all ingredients together. I prefer the Ninja because it leaves chunks and I can eat it with a spoon. The wife prefers it through the blender so she can drink it with a straw

Serving Size: makes 5 14 Oz servings
