Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 - 10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    1 - 10 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. fresh blueberries
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

    Poppy Seed Dressing:
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. splenda
    1/3 c vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    Mix in blender w/ 1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds, blend 2 seconds.


Directions

Combine all ingredients and toss with 1/2 cup of dressing.

Serve immediately

Dressing may be refrigerated in covered container for 5 days.
Makes approximately 15 - 1/2 cup servings.
