    3.0 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3.0 serving Avocado * - From Chile (1 avocado)
    3.0 clove Garlic

Directions

Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil. Mix with cooked rice, chopped tomatoes, beans, and corn. Heat and place on tortillas. Top with sliced avocado and shredded cabbage.
