Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/4 tsp Allspice
    1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
    1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
    4 cup, whole Cranberries
    1 Tbsp. Orange Juice
    1 Tbsp Orange Peel
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 cup Granulated Sugar

Directions

Wash cranberries. Remove any stems or blemished berries. Heat the water and sugar in a medium saucepan until boiling, stirring occasionally. Add the cranberries and orange peel. Heat to boiling. Boil about 5 minutes or until cranberries pop. Make sure to let the cranberries pop so they release the pectin which helps the cranberry sauce thicken! Add orange juice and spices anytime. You can add a pinch more cloves if desired to taste. Let cool. Cover and refrigerate. Serving Size: Makes 16 --1/8th cup servings
