Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 (12 oz) can Solid White Albacore Tuna In Water
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1/4 cup diced celery, raw
    1/4 cup chopped onion (sweet, if you can get it)
    2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
    1/4 tsp black pepper, ground -- or to taste

    Optional: 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

Directions

Drain and flake the tuna with a fork. Place tuna in large bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, relish if using, celery and onion. Mix well.
Taste and adjust mayonnaise as desired. Add lemon juice
Season with pepper and mix again.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best the same day.
