Ingredients

    6 tbsp Cooking Sherry
    1/2 c 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth
    1 tbsp Cornstarch
    1 tbsp Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    2 cup Broccoli Florets, Raw
    1 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
    12 oz Frozen Cooked Shrimp
    1 minced Garlic clove
    2 cup COOKED White Rice, long grain

Directions

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil stirring frequently. Reduce heat to simmer or turn off but let simmer on burner.
Heat skillet or wok over high heat with the 2 tbsp oil and then saute' the veggies for a few minutes then add the shrimp and cook until caramelized and cooked to your liking.
Add the garlic and pour sauce over the shrimp and veggies and let simmer for a minute or two.
Serve over cooked rice.

    Incredible!
    The only thing I changed was I didn't use rice (diabetic). I also used low sodium vegetable broth instead of oil. - 12/25/19
