Ingredients

4 oz of bacon
1 bunch (280 grams) Asparagus with bottom 2 inches removed
1/2 (380 grams) Cucumber (with peel)
1 large Red Pepper
1 cup, chopped Red Onions
12 pieces (40 grams) Sun Dried Tomatoes
16 ounces Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tbsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 tbsp dried basil
Directions
Chop all the vegetables and place in a bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
Chop bacon and brown. Transfer the bacon to the bowl of vegetables and keep fat for browning the chicken.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and brown on medium heat until cooked through. Slice the chicken and season with basil, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss in the hot back fat for a minute or two and transfer to the vegetable mixture.
