Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 c. White Beans
    1 tsp Better Than Bouillon - Broth, Vegetable mixed in 1 cup Water
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
    5 cloves Garlic, minced
    300 grams Vital wheat gluten
    4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
    1.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
    1.5 tsp Korean Red Pepper Powder (spicy)
    2 tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp chili flakes

Directions

Mash beans. Mix other ingredients in order listed. Divide into 4 portions, make each a 5" log, wrap with aluminum foil, twisting ends. Steam for 40 minutes. Slice and serve, or lightly fry to crisp edges.
