Ingredients
-
4 oz Starkist Salmon Creations Mango Chipolte (packet)
6 oz Pink Salmon Chicken of the Sea packet
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
12 oz portabella mushroom caps
2 oz DiGiorno Shredded Three Cheese Parmesan, Romano, & Asiago.
Directions
Mix everything together except the mushrooms and cheese.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps, sprinkle with cheese.
Since everything was ready to eat, I baked at 300 degrees (F) for 15 minutes just to warm everything up.
Mine was just split between my husband and I for 2 servings of 720 calories, if split between servings of mushroom caps (in my case it was 5 caps), then 1 serving would be 288.1 calories, 21.2g total fat, 5.1g total carb, 1g fiber, 1.8g sugar, 18.7g protein
Also added some garlic powder and old bay seasoning.
