Directions

Crust (for a 6x9 or 6.5x10 pan)

**Please note: This is not enough dough to cover the sides of the pan.**

Quiche Filling:

Mix egg and cream in a bowl and whisk gently. Add spices and continue to whisk. Next, add broccoli and bacon. Lastly, fold cheese in a little at a time. Pour mixture in pan on top of almond flour crust. Bake in oven for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.

Check the middle of the quiche before removing from oven. If it is still liquid, return to oven for 10 minutes.
