Ingredients

    1.0 serving Kroger Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco Size 6g Net Carbs - 8 per container
    3.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    0.66 serving Banquet Brown and serve Turkey sausage- 3 links
    0.15 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    1.0 serving Sweet mini peppers (3)
    1.0 tsp Oregano, ground
    2.0 tbsp Basil
    0.1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)

Directions

Brown tortilla in frying pan with just a little olive oil. Once browned, place on paper towel to remove excess oil, then place on cookie sheet. Ground 8 or 9 tomatoes mixed with spices, may add some garlic,if desired, with a dash or corn starch to thicken slightly. Spread sauce on tortilla, top with peppers and onions. Bake at 400 for 10 mins. While baking, prepare turkey sausage, cut into small piece and slice up remaining tomatoes. Pat tomatoes to remove excess juice. Add sausage, tomatoes and cheese and bake until cheese melts
