    3 tablespoons olive oil
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 cup bread crumbs, plain
    dash salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    2 teaspoons garlic powder (NOT salt)
    1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts Or 12 chicken tender loins
    (I prefer the tender loins, which is just breasts cut in half. They cook faster and they are already serving size)


Makes 12 servings.

Mix the olive oil and lemon juice in a shallow dish. Mix the spices and bread crumbs on a plate. Dip the chicken into the olive oil and then dip into the bread crumb mix. Cover evenly. Place on a baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
