Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

The amounts below are for 5 servings:

.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Brown Rice Farina Hot Cereal
    .25 cup Hemp Seed
    .25 cup Quinoa
    5 cups Silk Coconut Milk
    8 tsp Brown Sugar

Optional: Dried cranberries or fresh fruit

Tips

I like to make 5 servings of the dry ingredients ahead and store the mixture in a Ziploc bag. This makes for a quick, healthy breakfast cereal.

Directions

Grind the brown rice farina, hemp, and quinoa in a coffee grinder or chopper. Store in a Ziploc bag. This will be enough dry mixture to make 5 servings. Use 1/5 of the mixture (1/4 cup) per serving.

To make 5 servings:
1. Bring 5 cups of coconut milk (or water) to a boil.
2. Stir in all (1.25 C) of the brown rice/hemp see/quinoa blend.
3. Stir steadily, using a flat spoon, until desired thickness, about 4 minutes.

To make an individual serving:
1. Bring 1 cup of coconut milk (or water) to a boil.
2. Stir in .25 cup of the brown rice/hemp see/quinoa blend.
3. Stir steadily, using a flat spoon, until desired thickness, about 4 minutes.
