Introduction
Ever really have a craving for California Rolls, but don't have the time and/or patience to roll them. Here's a great salad that incorporates many of the ingrediants, gives you the taste and can be enjoyed warm in the evening, and cold for lunch the following day. Ingredients

1/2 Avacado (chopped into small pieces)
1 Cup Imitations crab meat (flaked)
1 Cup Cucumber (chopped into small pieces)
2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1 Cup cooked Brown Sushi rice (White Sushi Rice can be substituted)
3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar (original)
Sesame Seeds (To taste)
Wasabi optional
Directions
Makes 1 Serving
1.) Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.
2.) While rice is cooking, chop up the avacado, cucumber and crab. Toss gently in bowl.
3.) If you decide to use wasabi, add desired amount to the mayonnaise and mix into even paste.
4.) Add Mayonnaise (and wasabi) to bowl and toss thouroughly with veggies and crab. Set aside until rice is cooked.
5.) When Rice is cooked, add rice vinegar and mix it in. If you desire a stickier rice, use less or a wetter rice add more.
6.) Place rice on plate. Top with mixture from bowl. Sprinkle with desired sesame seeds.
7.) Enjoy
