Introduction

This makes a nice side salad for your meal. So good, but no kissing for awhile! This makes a nice side salad for your meal. So good, but no kissing for awhile!

Ingredients

    1 C couscous (cooked)
    1 C diced red pepper
    1 C cherry tomatos (cut in half)
    2 carrots, peeled and grated
    2 scallion, diced
    5 T diced red onion
    1 oz feta cheese
    1 C diced cucumber
    2 T fat free italian dressing
    1/2 C chickpeas
    1/2 C fresh cilantro, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix together into a bowl and enjoy!
