    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 serving Banana, fresh 1 small 6" to 6 7/8"

Tips

I was prescribed this by a doctor. It really is a lot better than it sounds. Mix up the dry ingredients in individual little baggies to speed up the process and make it more manageable.

Directions

Put all of the ingredients in Vitamix or other 500w blender.

If you can, drink it over the course of 20 minutes through a straw to avoid tooth enamel damage.

Do a simple water rinse of your mouth after drinking. No brushing for 60 minutes.

For variety you can add vanilla, fresh mint leaves, fresh basil, lemon or lime juice, fresh ginger, cayenne pepper, or 1-2 drops of clove oil.
