Ingredients

    1 can (2.28 cup) Pinto Beans, drained
    2 tbsp water
    3 tbsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    1.0 tbsp Maple Syrup
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    2.0 tsp Poultry seasoning
    2 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Add pinto beans and water to a food processor and pulse to form a paste. Add all other ingredients and mix until combined. Form into 6 patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the oven at 450F for 16 minutes.
