    1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 cup Diced carrots (by MELWELLS2006)
    4 tsp Soup Stock, Tones, Beef (by MRCHUBBY)
    1 cup FRESH: Celery, Diced 1/4 Cup (by 75PERCENT)
    2 serving Aldi's Spice Club Minced Garlic - 1 tsp (5g) (by THENEWKAREN)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

Brown beef
Saute onions
Combine ingredients in a slow cooker
Cook for 3-4 hours
