Ingredients

    16.0 oz Beef, top sirloin
    4.0 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium)
    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
    3.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    1.0 tsp Ginger Root
    1.0 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    1.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Slice sirloin and add to crock pot. Add vegetables and garlic along with low sodium soy sauce. Cook for 3 hours on high. Add cold water mixed with cornstarch to form a slurry into the crock pot. Cook another half hour on high to thicken sauce
