Ingredients

    1.5 cup Cannellini Beans Organic 365 No salt added
    1.75 cup Kidney Beans Dark Red ShopRite
    2 cup Italian Diced Tomatoes Fit & Active No Salt Added
    10 tbsp Tomato Paste Cento
    3 cup Chicken Broth Unsalted 99% Fat Free ShopRite
    16 Oz. Bison, Ground Great Range Premium 90% lean
    1 serving Peppers, Sweet, Red, Raw (1 Medium Pepper)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    5 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers

Tips

Serve with avocado, sour cream, and tortilla chips if desired.


Directions

Brown Bison with onions and garlic. Add peppers (red and hot). Add Tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Add 1 tsp cumin, smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper, 2 tsp salt , and ground black pepper. Add beans and simmer for 2 hours.
